The phone wrong at 7am, so I was awake early. Had breakfast, read the paper, then slept for an hour. Feel fine now, but I'm taking the day off. I have both yesterday's and today's Tour de France stages to watch!

Ryanman swim: took over 6.5 minutes off my swim time last year! That was a big surprise.

We kept the bike at a moderately hard pace: the goal was to keep the group of 6 riders together. Ryan and I shared the lead.

We broke into two groups in the run - I was in the slower group. Ended of walking a couple miles when my running partner had issues. I kept him company until we got to an aid station, then ran again. Did about 14 miles.
